Most garden rooms don’t require planning permission. 

 

They are classed as outbuildings, so you’re allowed to build one as long as you comply with certain rules.

 

We build to regulations and comply with building regulations so do not need planning permission in most cases. If unsure speak with your local council or give us a call to discuss.

Yes, We are based in the West Midlands so are well placed for nationwide coverage.

Yes, in most cases this would not be an issue. This will be confirmed via an onsite survey but we have installed builds in terrace houses! So access shouldn’t be an issue.

No, our teams are fully equipped with battery operated tools and toilets/welfare within the vans meaning we will not need to access your home. We have in fact completed a room whilst our client where on holiday! (Access needed when/if armoured cable connection is made) 

Yes, we usually recommend a survey after you have received your bespoke quoting package. In most cases we can complete the survey via a zoom call to asses the access and proposed build plot. 

Everything that you ask for! There are no hidden costs. We listen to what you want, discuss the options and provide you with a fully detailed and inclusive quotation. We will clearly state your investment, including VAT, and if there are any likely additional costs then you are made fully aware of them… or you don’t pay for them!
